1. Introduction

Welcome to Sanatan Jyoti, operated by Gauritechtrade Consulting Private Limited ("Sanatan Jyoti", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sanatan Jyoti website, mobile applications, digital platforms, features, content, and services, including Android and iOS applications (collectively referred to as the "Service").

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies referred to in these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of Sanatan Jyoti Services

Sanatan Jyoti is a digital platform providing astrology, traditional Vedic, spiritual, religious, and related informational services and content.

The Service may include both free features/content and paid services.

The availability of any particular feature or service may change from time to time.

2.1 Free Features and Content

Depending on availability, users may access certain features without payment, including:

1. Viewing a Kundli
2. Viewing a Kundli for another person where the required information is provided
3. Basic Kundli Matching / compatibility information
4. Panchang
5. Horoscope and general astrological information
6. Festival and religious information
7. Spiritual and Sanatan Dharma related articles
8. Educational and informational content
9. Other free features made available by Sanatan Jyoti

Free features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

2.2 Paid Services

Sanatan Jyoti may offer the following paid services:

1. Astrology Services / Astrology Consultation
2. Kundli Reports
3. Detailed Kundli Milan
4. Muhurat Consultation
5. Numerology
6. Tarot
7. Other paid astrology, spiritual, or related services introduced by Sanatan Jyoti

The price and availability of a paid service will be displayed on the Service before purchase, where applicable.

3. Consultation Modes

Astrology, Numerology, Tarot, and other applicable consultations may be provided through one or more of the following modes:

• Chat
• Audio Call
• Video Call

Chat, Audio, and Video are modes of delivering a consultation and do not necessarily constitute separate service categories.

The consultation mode available to you will depend on the service purchased and the availability of the relevant consultant.

4. Acceptance of Terms

You may be required to accept these Terms before:

• Creating an account
• Accessing certain features
• Purchasing a paid service
• Adding funds to a Wallet
• Using certain consultation services
• Accessing restricted areas of the Service

Acceptance may occur through:

• Clicking "I Agree" or an equivalent button
• Completing registration where these Terms are presented
• Completing a purchase
• Using a feature after being presented with the applicable Terms
• Continuing to use the Service after an updated version becomes effective

5. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when using features or services that require personal information.

Where a specific service has an age or eligibility requirement, you must satisfy that requirement.

You must not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

7. Kundli, Kundli Matching and User-Provided Information

Sanatan Jyoti may allow users to generate, view, or access a Kundli using information such as:

• Name
• Date of birth
• Time of birth
• Place of birth
• Other information required for the relevant calculation

A user may also enter information relating to another person for purposes such as:

• Viewing another person's Kundli
• Family-related purposes
• Relationship analysis
• Compatibility analysis
• Kundli Matching

Where you provide personal information relating to another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the lawful right or appropriate authority to provide and use such information.

Sanatan Jyoti provides the technical facility for entering and processing such information and does not independently verify the relationship between the user and the person whose details are entered.

You must not use another person's information for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purposes.

8. Free Kundli and Panchang Features

Basic Kundli viewing, Kundli Matching, Panchang, and other free features are provided for informational and traditional astrological purposes.

The availability of free calculations or information does not constitute a professional guarantee or assurance of any particular outcome.

Free features may be modified, corrected, suspended, or discontinued from time to time.

9. Nature of Astrology, Numerology, Tarot and Spiritual Services

Astrology, Numerology, Tarot, Muhurat, Kundli interpretation, spiritual guidance, traditional remedies, and related services are based on traditional, cultural, spiritual, or interpretive practices.

Interpretations may differ between practitioners.

Sanatan Jyoti does not guarantee:

• That a prediction will come true
• That a particular event will occur
• That a particular Muhurat will produce a particular result
• That a Kundli interpretation will produce a particular outcome
• That a Numerology interpretation will produce a particular result
• That a Tarot reading will produce a particular result
• That any remedy will guarantee a desired outcome

Users are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on information obtained through the Service.

10. No Medical, Legal, Financial or Professional Advice

The Service is not a substitute for professional advice.

Information or guidance obtained through Sanatan Jyoti must not be treated as a substitute for:

• Medical diagnosis or treatment
• Mental-health treatment
• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Tax advice
• Insurance advice
• Professional counselling
• Any other specialist professional advice

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional whenever professional advice is required.

You should not stop, change, delay, or refuse medical treatment or other professional advice based solely on information obtained through Sanatan Jyoti.

11. Prohibited Guidance and Activities

Users and consultants must not use the Service for unlawful or harmful activities.

The Service must not be used to promote or facilitate:

1. Black magic or unlawful occult practices
2. Fraudulent remedies
3. Financial guarantees
4. Lottery or gambling guarantees
5. Investment guarantees
6. Medical diagnosis or treatment
7. Guaranteed pregnancy or childbirth outcomes
8. Determining or disclosing the sex/gender of an unborn child
9. Guidance intended to determine or influence the sex/gender of an unborn child
10. Threats or coercion
11. Fraud or deception
12. Any activity prohibited under applicable law

12. Astrology, Numerology, Tarot and Muhurat Services

Sanatan Jyoti may provide paid Astrology, Numerology, Tarot, Muhurat, Kundli Report, and Kundli Milan services.

The detailed conditions applicable to these services are governed by the relevant service policies.

Astrology, Numerology and Tarot

Astrology, Numerology, and Tarot consultations are covered by the applicable Astrology Consultation Policy, unless Sanatan Jyoti publishes a separate policy for a particular service.

Muhurat

Muhurat services are governed by the applicable Muhurat Consultation Policy.

Kundli Reports and Kundli Milan

Kundli Reports and detailed Kundli Milan services are subject to the applicable service description, Payment Policy, Refund/Cancellation Policy, and any specific terms displayed at the time of purchase.

13. Third-Party Reports and Interpretations

Sanatan Jyoti may make certain reports available to users through third-party or independent service providers, technology providers, astrologers, consultants, or other external sources. Such reports may include, but are not limited to:

• Kundli Reports
• Kundli Milan Reports
• Numerology Reports
• Other astrology, numerology, compatibility, or spiritual reports made available through the Service.

These reports may be generated, prepared, calculated, interpreted, or supplied by third parties using the information provided by the user and/or the methodologies, systems, calculations, or interpretations adopted by the relevant service provider.

Sanatan Jyoti does not independently create, verify, validate, or guarantee the predictions, interpretations, calculations, recommendations, conclusions, or outcomes contained in such third-party reports.

Accordingly, Sanatan Jyoti does not warrant or represent that any such report will be accurate, complete, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or result in any particular outcome.

Users acknowledge that:

1. The report is provided for informational, traditional, astrological, spiritual, or guidance purposes, as applicable.
2. Interpretations and conclusions contained in the report may vary depending upon the methodology, information provided, calculations, and service provider.
3. Any decision taken by a user based on such report is taken at the user's own discretion and responsibility.
4. Sanatan Jyoti does not guarantee any event, prediction, compatibility result, relationship outcome, financial outcome, career outcome, health outcome, or other result mentioned or inferred from such report.
5. Users should not treat such reports as a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

User Information and Report Accuracy

The accuracy of a report may depend upon the information entered or supplied by the user, including, where applicable, name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and other required details.

Sanatan Jyoti shall not be responsible for inaccuracies arising from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by the user.

Where a report contains an apparent technical or delivery error, users may contact Sanatan Jyoti through the designated support channel. Sanatan Jyoti may review the issue and, where appropriate, coordinate with the relevant service provider for a resolution.

Third-Party Service Provider

Where a report is prepared or generated by a third-party service provider, the relevant third party may remain responsible for the methodology, calculations, interpretations, and substantive content of that report.

Sanatan Jyoti's role may be limited to facilitating access to, ordering, delivering, or displaying the report through its platform.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Audio, Video and Chat Consultations

Users purchasing a consultation through Chat, Audio, or Video must:

• Communicate respectfully
• Follow consultation rules
• Avoid abusive or threatening behaviour
• Avoid unnecessary disclosure of sensitive information
• Not pressure or harass the consultant
• Not attempt to bypass the platform's payment system

Technical or network issues may affect consultation availability.

Where a consultation is interrupted due to a verified technical issue, Sanatan Jyoti may provide an appropriate resolution according to the applicable service and refund policies.

Where recording, monitoring, or quality-assurance mechanisms are used, the applicable Privacy Policy and service notices will govern such processing.

15. Role of Sanatan Jyoti

Sanatan Jyoti provides the technology and platform infrastructure through which users may access services and consultants.

Where services are provided by an independent Acharya Ji, astrologer, numerologist, tarot reader, or other consultant, the professional opinion, interpretation, prediction, or guidance belongs to that service provider.

Sanatan Jyoti may undertake onboarding, verification, monitoring, customer-support, and quality-assurance processes as appropriate.

However, such processes do not constitute a guarantee of any consultant's predictions, interpretations, or outcomes.

16. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

1. Harass or threaten another user or consultant.
2. Use abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language.
3. Impersonate another person.
4. Create fake accounts.
5. Attempt unauthorised access.
6. Interfere with the operation of the Service.
7. Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
8. Reverse engineer or exploit the Service.
9. Scrape or systematically collect data without authorisation.
10. Manipulate ratings or reviews.
11. Abuse coupons or promotional offers.
12. Use another person's payment method without authorisation.
13. Attempt to circumvent payment systems.
14. Share another person's private information without authority.
15. Use the Service to facilitate unlawful activity.
16. Misuse consultation services for harassment or inappropriate purposes.

17. Off-Platform Payments and Unauthorised Transactions

For services purchased through Sanatan Jyoti, users should use the payment methods provided through the platform.

Users should not make payments directly to an Acharya Ji, astrologer, numerologist, tarot reader, consultant, or other representative through:

• Personal UPI
• Cash
• Personal bank transfer
• Personal payment links
• Unauthorised WhatsApp payment requests
• Other unofficial payment methods

Similarly, consultants are not permitted to encourage users to bypass Sanatan Jyoti's payment system.

Sanatan Jyoti will not ordinarily be responsible for transactions voluntarily conducted outside authorised platform channels, subject to applicable law.

18. Customer Wallet

Sanatan Jyoti may provide a Wallet feature for eligible users.

The Wallet may allow users to:

• Add funds
• View Wallet balance
• View Wallet transaction history
• Use available Wallet balance for eligible Sanatan Jyoti services
• Receive applicable refunds or reversals

Wallet transactions are subject to the Payment Policy and applicable Wallet terms.

Unless expressly enabled by Sanatan Jyoti and permitted by applicable law, Wallet balance may not be:

• Transferred to another user
• Withdrawn as cash
• Converted into another currency
• Used outside Sanatan Jyoti

Any additional Wallet features or restrictions will be governed by the applicable Wallet terms displayed on the Service.

19. Payments

Payments for paid services are governed by the Payment Policy.

Available payment methods may include:

• Credit card
• Debit card
• UPI
• Net banking
• Wallet balance
• Other authorised payment methods

The applicable price will be displayed before purchase where reasonably applicable.

Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be charged or included as indicated at the time of purchase.

20. Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by:

• Payment Policy
• Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Applicable service-specific policy

A refund is not automatically available merely because a user disagrees with a prediction, interpretation, recommendation, Numerology reading, Tarot reading, or spiritual guidance.

Refunds may be considered in circumstances specifically identified in the applicable policy, including certain cases involving:

• Non-delivery
• Verified technical failure
• Duplicate payment
• Payment error
• Other approved circumstances

21. Rescheduling

Certain services may permit rescheduling or date changes subject to:

Payment for a service does not automatically guarantee the availability of a particular consultant, date, or time after purchase.

22. Free Content

Sanatan Jyoti may provide free:

• Horoscopes
• Panchang information
• Festival information
• Religious information
• Spiritual information
• Educational content
• Other resources

Free content is intended primarily for personal, informational, educational, and non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, sell, republish, commercially distribute, or exploit protected Sanatan Jyoti content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that free content will always be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

23. User-Generated Content

Users may submit:

• Comments
• Reviews
• Feedback
• Questions
• Images
• Text
• Other content

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

You must not submit content that:

• Is unlawful
• Is defamatory
• Is fraudulent
• Is threatening or abusive
• Violates another person's privacy
• Infringes intellectual-property rights
• Contains malicious software
• Violates these Terms

By submitting content, you grant Sanatan Jyoti a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt where reasonably necessary, and use the content for operating, moderating, improving, and promoting the relevant Service, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We do not claim ownership of your original content merely because you submit it.

24. Comments, Reviews and Ratings

Users may be permitted to post comments, ratings, or reviews.

Reviews should represent genuine experiences.

Users must not:

• Submit fake reviews
• Manipulate ratings
• Create multiple accounts to influence ratings
• Threaten consultants because of reviews
• Publish knowingly false or unlawful information
• Use reviews to harass another person

Sanatan Jyoti may moderate, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Reviews represent the opinions of the persons posting them and do not necessarily represent Sanatan Jyoti's views.

25. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Sanatan Jyoti and/or its licensors own or control the intellectual-property rights relating to:

• Website
• Mobile applications
• Software
• Logos
• Trademarks
• Brand elements
• Designs
• Articles
• Text
• Graphics
• Images
• Videos
• Audio
• Reports and templates
• Other proprietary materials

You may use the Service only for personal and lawful purposes.

Without appropriate permission, you must not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Republish
• Modify
• Distribute
• Sell
• License
• Commercially exploit
• Reverse engineer
• Create unauthorised derivative works from

Sanatan Jyoti's protected materials.

26. Data Mining and Automated Access

Without prior written permission, you must not use:

• Scrapers
• Spiders
• Data-mining tools
• Automated downloading systems
• Automated extraction systems
• Similar technologies

to systematically copy, monitor, extract, reproduce, or collect data or content from the Service.

This restriction does not apply to lawful activities that cannot legally be restricted.

with an Acharya Ji, consultant, customer-support representative, or any other person.

Sanatan Jyoti will not ask users to disclose such confidential authentication credentials through a consultation or ordinary support interaction.

34. Privacy and Personal Data

Sanatan Jyoti's collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

Personal information may include information required for:

• Account creation
• Kundli generation
• Consultation
• Kundli Matching
• Payment
• Wallet transactions
• Customer support
• Security
• Service improvement

The applicable privacy framework and obligations will be handled in accordance with applicable law. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 have been officially notified by MeitY.

35. Confidentiality of Consultation Information

Users should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information during consultations.

Consultation information should be used only for the intended service.

Where applicable, Sanatan Jyoti may retain relevant consultation, booking, payment, or service records for legitimate operational, security, dispute-resolution, legal, or compliance purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

36. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and its content are provided on an "as available" basis.

Sanatan Jyoti does not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be uninterrupted
• The Service will always be error-free
• All content will always be accurate or complete
• Every feature will always remain available
• The Service will always be free from technical or security risks
• An astrology prediction will come true
• A Numerology reading will produce a particular outcome
• A Tarot reading will produce a particular outcome
• A Muhurat will guarantee a particular result
• A Kundli Report or Kundli Milan will guarantee a particular life outcome
• A spiritual remedy will guarantee a particular result

Nothing in these Terms excludes any right, protection, warranty, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

37. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sanatan Jyoti and Gauritechtrade Consulting Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Service where such limitation is legally permitted.

This may include losses arising from:

• Reliance on astrological, numerological, tarot, spiritual, or traditional interpretations
• Personal decisions based on Service content
• Consultant opinions or recommendations
• Temporary Service interruptions
• Third-party service failures
• User-generated content
• Unauthorised conduct of another user
• Technical issues outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where legally permissible, liability relating to a specific paid transaction may be limited to the amount actually paid for the affected service, subject to applicable law.

38. User Responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating information obtained through the Service and making your own decisions.

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the Service responsibly
• Comply with applicable law
• Protect your account
• Use authorised payment methods

• Wallet misuse
• Unauthorised access
• Harassment or abusive conduct
• Security concerns

• Repeated misuse

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or our legal and security interests.

40. Effect of Termination

After suspension or termination:

• Access to relevant features may be disabled.
• Pending transactions may be reviewed.
• Eligible refunds may be processed under applicable policies.
• Transaction records may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary.
• Confidentiality obligations may continue.

• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Power failures
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Third-party service failures
• Infrastructure failures
• Public emergencies
• War or civil unrest
• Other events beyond reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services where practicable.

42. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your:

• Violation of these Terms
• Unlawful use of the Service
• Fraudulent activity
• Infringement of another person's rights
• Misuse of the Service
• Unlawful or infringing User-Generated Content

This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

43. Changes to These Terms

Sanatan Jyoti may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• Changes in Wallet functionality
• Changes in payment systems
• Changes in business operations
• Changes in applicable law
• Security requirements
• Regulatory requirements

The revised Terms will be published on the relevant Sanatan Jyoti website or application.

The revised version will include the applicable Version, Effective Date, and Last Updated information.

Material changes may also be communicated through email, application notification, website notice, or another appropriate method where required.

44. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any mandatory statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 provides the central statutory framework for consumer protection and consumer dispute mechanisms in India.

45. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, you should first contact Sanatan Jyoti through the designated customer-support or grievance channel.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints through our internal process.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties may use remedies or dispute-resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.

Where a valid arbitration agreement applies, arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory statutory right or remedy available under applicable consumer-protection law.

46. Jurisdiction

Subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights, courts having lawful jurisdiction shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

Nothing in this clause is intended to prevent a consumer from approaching a competent consumer forum or other authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.

47. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

48. No Waiver

Failure by Sanatan Jyoti to enforce any provision of these Terms immediately does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision later.

49. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies expressly referred to in them, constitute the general terms governing your use of Sanatan Jyoti.

These policies may include:

The Astrologer Terms & Conditions are a separate agreement applicable to onboarded astrologers and do not form part of the customer's obligations under these Terms, except where expressly stated.

50. Third-Party Application Stores

Sanatan Jyoti mobile applications may be distributed through third-party application stores.

Your use of those application stores may also be subject to the terms, policies, and conditions of the relevant application-store provider.

Sanatan Jyoti does not control the independent operation of such third-party platforms.

When contacting us regarding an account or transaction, you may be asked to provide relevant information necessary to verify the account and investigate the issue.

You should never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, or banking credentials to customer support.

You are responsible for ensuring that your registered contact information remains accurate.
