This Payment Policy ("Policy") explains the payment terms applicable to paid services, purchases, consultations, wallet transactions, and other paid features available through the Sanatan Jyoti website and mobile applications, including Android and iOS applications (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Gauritechtrade Consulting Private Limited ("Sanatan Jyoti", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By making a payment, purchasing a service, or using a paid feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment Policy and any applicable service-specific terms.

- UPI
- Net banking
- Wallet balance, where available
- Other payment methods supported by authorised payment service providers
The availability of a particular payment method may vary depending on the Service, device, payment provider, transaction amount, or other operational factors.
3. Currency
Unless otherwise stated, all prices, payments, wallet balances, and transactions through Sanatan Jyoti are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR).
4. Pricing
The applicable price for a service or product will be the price displayed on the Service at the time of purchase.
Prices may change from time to time. Any change in pricing will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been successfully completed at the previously displayed price.
Promotional offers, discounts, coupons, introductory pricing, and other special offers may be subject to separate terms and validity periods.
5. Taxes
Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, will be charged or included as indicated at the time of purchase.
The final amount payable will be displayed before the transaction is completed, wherever reasonably applicable.
Tax treatment may vary depending on the nature of the service, transaction, and applicable law.
6. Payment Authorisation
By initiating a payment, you authorise the applicable payment service provider to process the transaction for the amount displayed at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided by you is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Sanatan Jyoti may decline, cancel, or place a transaction under review where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical, compliance, or operational reasons.
7. Payment Confirmation
A payment will be considered successfully completed when the transaction is confirmed through the Sanatan Jyoti Service or the relevant payment service provider.
Depending on the transaction, you may receive:
- Payment confirmation
- Order or booking confirmation
- Transaction reference
- Invoice or receipt, where applicable
A payment showing as pending, processing, or failed should not be treated as a completed purchase until the transaction is successfully confirmed.
8. Failed, Pending, or Reversed Payments
8.1 Failed Payment
If a payment fails and no amount is successfully received by Sanatan Jyoti, no service will ordinarily be activated against that failed transaction.
8.2 Amount Debited but Service Not Activated
If your bank or payment provider shows that an amount has been debited but the transaction is not successfully completed on Sanatan Jyoti, the transaction may require reconciliation with the relevant payment provider.
Any applicable reversal or refund will be processed in accordance with the payment provider's applicable process and applicable law.
8.3 Pending Payment
Where a transaction remains pending, users should not repeatedly make additional payments for the same order until the status is reasonably confirmed, where possible.
8.4 Reversed or Cancelled Transactions
If a payment is subsequently reversed, cancelled, or identified as unsuccessful, Sanatan Jyoti may reverse the corresponding service activation, wallet credit, or transaction entry where applicable.
9. Customer Wallet
Sanatan Jyoti may provide a Wallet feature that allows eligible users to maintain a balance for use towards supported services available through the Service.
9.1 Wallet Recharge
Where Wallet recharge is available, users may add funds using the payment methods supported by Sanatan Jyoti.
A successful recharge may be reflected in the user's Wallet balance after confirmation of the transaction.
9.2 Wallet Balance
The Wallet balance and applicable transaction history may be displayed within the user's account or application.
Wallet transactions may include:
- Amount added
- Amount deducted
- Transaction reference
- Date and time
- Transaction status
- Refund or reversal, where applicable
- Service against which the Wallet balance was used
9.3 Use of Wallet Balance
Where supported, Wallet balance may be used to purchase eligible Sanatan Jyoti services.
The amount applicable to a completed purchase may be deducted from the available Wallet balance.
9.4 Wallet Transactions
Wallet transactions may be subject to verification, reconciliation, fraud-prevention checks, refunds, reversals, or other adjustments where reasonably necessary.
9.5 Wallet Restrictions
Wallet functionality is subject to the features made available through the Service.
Unless expressly enabled by Sanatan Jyoti and permitted under applicable law, Wallet balances may not be:
- Transferred to another user
- Used outside the Sanatan Jyoti Service
- Exchanged for cash
- Converted into another currency
Any additional Wallet functionality, including withdrawal, transfer, expiry, or other restrictions, will be governed by the applicable Wallet terms communicated through the Service.
10. Wallet Refunds and Reversals
Where a refund or reversal is approved for a purchase made using Wallet balance, the applicable amount may be credited back to the Wallet or processed through another permitted refund method, depending on the nature of the transaction and applicable policy.
Where a Wallet recharge itself is subject to refund or reversal, the applicable amount will be handled in accordance with the relevant refund process, payment provider procedures, and applicable law.
Service-specific refund rules may apply to Astrology, Muhurat, Numerology, Tarot, Audio, Video, Chat, and other services.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
Payment for a service does not automatically create a right to cancellation or refund.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by:
- The applicable service-specific policy
- The applicable Refund and Cancellation terms
- The nature and status of the service
- Applicable law
For example, a completed digital service or substantially delivered consultation may ordinarily be non-refundable, while a service that was not delivered due to a verified platform or service issue may be eligible for an appropriate resolution.
Dissatisfaction with an astrological, numerological, tarot, or other consultation prediction or interpretation does not by itself guarantee a refund.
12. Rescheduling and Changes
Certain services may allow rescheduling or changes subject to availability and the applicable service-specific policy.
Payment does not automatically guarantee that a requested date, time, Acharya Ji, consultant, or service slot can subsequently be changed.
Any rescheduling or change request will be handled according to the applicable service terms.
13. Duplicate Payments
If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact Sanatan Jyoti with the relevant transaction details.
After verification, an eligible duplicate amount may be refunded or otherwise adjusted through the applicable payment process.
14. Unauthorised Transactions
If you believe that a payment or Wallet transaction was made without your authorisation, you should contact Sanatan Jyoti as soon as possible and also notify the relevant bank or payment service provider where appropriate.
You may be asked to provide:
- Transaction reference
- Date and time
- Amount
- Relevant account details
- Other information reasonably necessary to investigate the transaction
Sanatan Jyoti may temporarily restrict relevant account or Wallet functionality while an unauthorised transaction is investigated where reasonably necessary for security.
The handling of unauthorised transactions will also be subject to applicable payment provider procedures and applicable law.
15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a payment is disputed through a bank, card issuer, payment service provider, or other financial institution, the related transaction may be reviewed.
A chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute may result in:
- Reversal of the relevant transaction
- Adjustment of Wallet balance where applicable
- Temporary restriction of related services
- Review of the user account
- Recovery or adjustment of amounts where permitted by applicable law
Users are encouraged to contact Sanatan Jyoti first where a transaction issue can be resolved through the Company's support process.

17. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
Depending on the payment method, such providers may process information necessary to complete and verify the transaction.
Users should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider where appropriate.
Sanatan Jyoti is not responsible for matters arising solely from the independent systems, policies, or services of a third-party payment provider, except to the extent required by applicable law.

If an error results in an incorrect Wallet credit or service benefit, Sanatan Jyoti may correct the relevant transaction after appropriate verification.
Where a correction affects the user, reasonable information may be provided where appropriate.
