One day, Bhima asked his mother about his father. Karkati then revealed that his father was the mighty Kumbhakarna, who had been killed by Lord Shri Ram.

Bhima’s Anger and Desire for Revenge

After hearing about the destruction of his father and family, Bhima became extremely furious. He decided to take revenge against Lord Vishnu and the gods.

Bhima believed that as the son of Kumbhakarna, he should destroy the gods and righteousness itself.
