By purchasing or using a Muhurat consultation service through Sanatan Jyoti, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated in this policy.

1. Nature of Muhurat Consultation

Muhurat consultation is a traditional astrological service intended to provide spiritual and astrological guidance regarding suitable dates and timings for specific events.

Recommendations may be based on relevant Panchang and astrological factors such as Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karana, planetary positions, and other factors considered appropriate by the respective Acharya Ji.

Astrological interpretations and calculation methods may vary depending on the event, circumstances, astrological tradition, and methodology followed by the Acharya Ji.

Sanatan Jyoti does not guarantee that selecting or following a recommended Muhurat will result in any specific personal, financial, professional, spiritual, or other outcome.

2. Scope of Muhurat Consultation

6. Changes to Information After Submission

Muhurat recommendations are prepared using the information provided at the time of consultation.

If the user later changes important information such as:

the previously provided Muhurat may no longer be applicable.

A revised calculation may be treated as a new consultation or may require an additional fee depending on the nature and extent of the requested change.

7. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for deciding whether to follow a recommended Muhurat.

Before finalising an event, users should independently consider practical circumstances such as venue availability, travel arrangements, family requirements, government regulations, weather, health, finances, contractual obligations, and other relevant factors.

A Muhurat recommendation should not be treated as a guarantee of the success of an event or any future outcome.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Muhurat consultation is based on traditional Vedic astrological principles and interpretations.

Sanatan Jyoti does not guarantee that following a recommended Muhurat will:

Prevent unexpected circumstances
Produce financial or professional benefits
Guarantee a successful marriage or relationship
Guarantee health, wealth, prosperity, or other results
Prevent losses, disputes, delays, or other difficulties

Users should use the consultation as spiritual and astrological guidance and exercise their own judgment when making decisions.

9. Payment Policy

Payment for a Muhurat consultation must be completed through the officially supported payment methods before the consultation is processed, unless otherwise stated for a particular service.

Users should not make direct or offline payments to an Acharya Ji or any other individual for a Muhurat consultation arranged through Sanatan Jyoti.

Sanatan Jyoti will not be responsible for payments, transactions, commitments, or disputes arising from arrangements made independently outside the official platform or approved payment channels.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Muhurat consultation is a personalised digital service involving individual astrological analysis and professional time. Therefore, payments are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been processed, prepared, or successfully delivered.

A refund or other appropriate resolution may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

Duplicate payment
Verified payment processing error
Service not provided due to an internal technical or operational issue
Other exceptional service-delivery issues verified by Sanatan Jyoti

Refund requests relating to duplicate or incorrect payments should be submitted within 48 hours of the relevant transaction.

Where the issue concerns non-delivery of the service, users should contact Sanatan Jyoti promptly after the expected delivery period.

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided because the user disagrees with the recommended Muhurat, changes their preferred event date, changes the event location, changes their personal plans, or does not obtain an expected result after following the recommendation.

Any approved refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable payment and refund procedures.
