Acharya Selection & Onboarding Process
Our selection process is designed with complete transparency and quality in mind. To become a verified Acharya, you will go through the following 6 important stages:
Stage 1: Application Submission & Expertise
The journey begins by filling out our Astrologer Onboarding Form.
- What you need to do: First, visit our official website www.sanatanjyoti.com. Click on the ‘Astrologer Registration’ option located in the footer section of the homepage. This will open the registration form. Carefully fill in your personal details, astrological expertise (such as Vedic Astrology, Nadi Astrology, Prashna Kundli, Numerology, etc.), and experience. Finally, enter your correct email address and click the ‘Submit’ button.
- Importance: The more detailed and accurate information you share, the easier it becomes for our team to evaluate your profile correctly.
Stage 2: Application Review & Contact
After submitting the form, our team will review your application and contact you within the next 24–48 working hours.
- Our Step: Our onboarding team will review your application and personally call you.
- Purpose: This call is not just a formality—it is our effort to connect with you and resolve any doubts or questions you may have.
Stage 3: Personalized Assistance & Registration

Stage 6: Final Decision & Onboarding
- Selection Decision: Based on a comprehensive evaluation of your performance in both interview rounds, our selection committee will make the final decision.
- Profile Activation: Once selected, you will be officially welcomed into the Sanatan Jyoti family. Your profile will be activated (Live) on our platform, after which you can immediately begin offering your valuable guidance to seekers across the world.
