Sanatan Jyoti performs pujas, rituals- Anushthan, hawan, and other spiritual ceremonies with complete devotion, adherence to Vedic scriptures, and full transparency. Our aim is to ensure that our patrons derive the maximum benefit from the rituals performed. However, Sanatan Jyoti does not guarantee the fulfillment of the desired outcomes of any ritual or puja, as these depend on the patron's faith, dedication, and personal efforts. A ritual is a Vedic practice where prayers are offered to the Divine for the realization of a patron’s goals. However, this does not imply that the goals will necessarily be achieved.

Registration and Advance Payment Policy

• Mandatory Registration: Registration is required for all pujas and rituals.
• Advance Payment: An advance payment is essential at the time of registration to confirm the ritual and arrange necessary preparations.
• Full Payment Requirement: The full amount must be paid before the ritual commences.
• Sanatan Jyoti accepts payments only through online methods and requests patrons not to make payments to any individual through any other means.
• Your personal details will remain confidential and will only be used for the purposes stated by Sanatan Jyoti.
• In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, technical issues, or emergencies that affect the performance of rituals, we will offer appropriate resolutions, including rescheduling.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To ensure convenience and transparency, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Patrons may request to reschedule their booking instead of cancelling. Rescheduling will be subject to availability and may include applicable conditions or fees.
• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Cancellation 7 days before the ritual date: 70% refund.
• Cancellation 3 days before the ritual date: 50% refund.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of the ritual date: No refund.
• A portion of the paid amount is adjusted for expenses incurred on arrangements and materials.

Payment and Confirmation Process

• We offer online payment options, including UPI, net banking, and debit/credit cards, for the convenience of our patrons.
• Upon receipt of payment, patrons will receive confirmation of the ritual via email to ensure transparency.
• For maintaining complete transparency, the entire puja can be conducted online, allowing patrons to witness it via video call.

Sanatan Jyoti reserves the right to update these terms and will inform patrons of any changes before they are implemented.
