Sita's Faith

Know what kind of faith Goddess Sita had in Lord Shri Ram. If the exile was only meant for Lord Shri Ram, why did Goddess Sita choose to go with him to the forest?

When Kaikeyi asked for fourteen years of exile for Shri Ram, Shri Ram happily accepted it considering it as his duty. The exile was only for Ram, but Lakshman, who was a great devotee of Shri Ram, also insisted on going along with him, and how could Sita, who is the embodiment of Goddess Lakshmi, leave her Shri Hari ? All these men are doing leela in the world. Now see Sita's faith that she is not ready to leave Shri Ram under any circumstances. Whereas that Sukumari remained in the royal palaces from birth till now. Sita does not care at all about the troubles happening in the forests, she only wants to stay where Shri Ram is because Sita has the unwavering faith that Shri Ram will never let her face any trouble. It is Sita's faith that resides lovingly in Shri Ram's heart and because of this faith of Sita, Shri Ram's soul resides in Sita.

When Ravana abducted Sita. So, he gave many types of greed to Sita. Also given the lure of making her the queen of Lanka. Scared in different ways. But still Sita had thoughts of her husband. There was no decrease in faith in Shri Ram. Her faith remained unbroken. Now see the strength of this faith which forced Shri Ram to attack Lanka. If Mother Sita had wanted, she could have left Lanka with Hanuman, but doing so would have saved the demon clan. Mother Sita does not care about her own happiness at all. She is selfless and out of love for Shri Ram, she wants to support him in every way for the welfare of the world. She knows that it would take time for Shri Ram to arrive but still he chose to stay in Lanka. This is her very high feeling towards the welfare of the society because she knows that if Ravana and his demon clan are not destroyed then no woman is safe in this world.

When everyone heard from Hanuman that Mother Sita was waiting for Shri Ram. So new energy was generated in the entire Vanar’s army. And he somehow started trying to attack Lanka as soon as possible. Sita's faith in Shri Ram is very important in the death of Ravana and destruction of the demon clan by Shri Ram. From this we should understand that if our faith in Shri Ram is unwavering, then if we get trapped in any situation, our Ram will definitely come to save us. Our love and faith should be tied to the thread of patience. Which is also our test and if we pass this test then our Lord Ram will come to us himself. This is my belief.
