It was a long time ago, King Suketuman used to rule in Bhadravati Puri. His queen's name was Champa. The king did not have any children for a long time. The king's wife, who was full of all happiness, was worried because she did not have a child. The king's ancestors used to heat the water given by him and drink it with sorrow. After the king, no one else was visible who would mirror us. The king's ancestors remained sad thinking this. One day the king went out for a ride in the forest on horseback. None of the king's priests etc. knew about this. The king started traveling in that dense forest full of deer and birds. In this way the king was roaming around looking at the beauty of the forest. While travelling, the king lost track of time and it was already afternoon and the king started feeling hungry and thirsty. Distressed with thirst, the king started wandering here and there in search of water. Due to the influence of some virtue, he saw a beautiful lake. Near which there were many ashrams of sages.

The king looked towards those ashrams. At that time omens started appearing giving good news. The king's right eye and right hand started twitching. Which was giving information of good results. Many sages were reciting Vedas on the banks of the lake. The king was very happy to see the sages reciting the Vedas on the shore. The king got down from the horse and stood near the sages who were reciting the Vedas, and started worshiping everyone one by one. That sage was an observer of Uttam Vrat. When the king bowed again and again with folded hands. Then the sage said, we are all happy with you, king, please tell us who you are? What is your name ? Then the king introduced himself to those sages and politely asked, O sages, tell me why have you gathered here? The sage said, King, we are world gods. Have come here to take a bath. Magha has come near. Magh Snan will start on the fifth day from today. The sages told that O King, today is Putrada Ekadashi, which gives sons to those who observe fast. The king said - World Gods!
