According to religious belief, it is said that by worshiping Mata Kali there is no fear of enemies.

Why did Mata Durga have to take the form of Kali?

Among the nine forms of Maa Durga, the seventh form is that of Maa Kali. This form of Maa Durga is extremely terrifying and ferocious. Kali first appeared to kill Chand and Mund, later she also appeared to kill the demon named Raktabeej. Raktabeej had established its dominance over all the three worlds. The specialty of that demon king was that when his blood fell on the earth after being attacked with a weapon, wherever the drop of his blood fell, a new demon similar to him appeared from there. To kill the Raktabeej demon king, Kali was born from the body of Mata Durga and after killing him, drank his blood due to which the blood did not fall on the earth nor a new Raktabeej born.
